Music is a part of life that entertains, speaks to our heart, soul, mood, and our thoughts too… it reminds us, inspires us, and delights us. I truly cant imagine life without melody, words, and notes.

To be honest, there are so many songs across so many genres that touch me, inspire me, and carry me into my past memories.  But choosing one today that puts me in a good mood… well, its this one… Don’t Worry, Be Happy by Bobby McFerrin. The song immediately makes my brain feel its beat, feel the need to whistle, snap my fingers, and smile… it was one of my husband’s favorite songs too. Now, when I hear it it brings a smile to my heart and a memory of him dancing in the kitchen singing it.
