How can you build a regular fitness routine?

Fitness is a personal endeavor… I say that because we are all not the same. Some of us are more fit and healthy than others, some determined, some needing to be but lacking motivation.

As for me, my regular fitness routine is done with intention… I am disabled but refuse to give in to old age, back injuries, and to sit down and not get up. I need to do more, I admit that, lately anyway. But I walk about my acres, I will “dance” in the house when it rains to wake up those endorphins and make them work! Exercise really is a good thing for mind and body. But fitness, it is in my idea, what keeps my body going. If the car just sits in the yard, never moving, it rusts and its engine grows old and refuses to start. I dont want that ! I know old age and limitations are coming for me, he’ll they are here. But im not going down without a walk and a twirl around the house. The way you choose to build a regular fitness routine is yours. I take my promots from the years of physical therapy i have had and never forget the bad years, the disabilities I have honed to be less evident and affect me as little as possible.

I’m gonna steal a Nike thing… “Just Do It” figure out what makes your body, your soul, and your mind happy and do that! Whatever it is, it should make you happy, feel better, and want to keep going.
