The idea of a genie immediately had my mind thinking “I Dream of Jeanie” the sitcom with Barbara Eden… back then I wanted to be her, live in the bottle be able to cross my arms, make a quick nod of the head and wallah!!! Whatever is or is done or is gone or just done, granted!

But if given one wish… I’m not sure I would wish to be a genie, seems like a lot of pressure, a lot of people wanting… I have a few in my life that already think I have a magic wand or can blink them miracles now…

But for me, myself my mind races among so many dreams, wishes, and what ifs… world peace would be great but not probable, too many loose pieces for that to be granted. The winning lotto numbers, that could be problematic too. I would wish for personal peace, but I am afraid what, where, and how that would be found.

One wish… a long vacation to Ireland, with a personal guide, an Irishman… a cottage to stay in with a pub nearby in a small village… time to enjoy and see the magic of the Emerald Isle… Yes, the trip of my dreams….
