Once upon a time in my youth, I was set to start school at Middle Georgia College, but… stuff happened. Then a few years later I tried to go to Midland College in Texas, kids and $$ ran out. Then I tried to educate myself at Griffin Technical but again, k8ds  and $$.

In the end, I i was schooled in the world, the School of Life.  Not the best or easiest but the tuition was affordable and I fit in.

After my husband died in 2009 I decided to give it a try again. It was one thing i truly regretted,  not getting the education I had craved and wanted so badly. I went to Grand Canyon University and got a BA in English Literature. I tried for my Masters in Clinical Counseling and was almost there until covid changed things. Jobs and internships were hard to find. But the learning… it was manna for my mind and soul.
