The question of what you would pay to go to the moon seems ridiculous and yet in the current world, the dumpster fire of the Fascist regime in this country, It could be a dream come true, a world away from this one. But in all seriousness, I would not pay to go to the moon, there is no oxygen, there is no water to speak of or that we are aware of and besides it is already inhabited by the Man in the Moon. I am sure he would start new immigration laws if he thought we were “invading” him. As a kid I watched the Honeymooners, and saw Ralph threaten Alice with a shot that would send her to the moon. Alice would stand her ground looking all serious her expression unworried and a bit tired of the threat. It was satire, humor of the ages with never a chance of it being real. Ralph was a good man, just loud and showing out.

What would I pay to go to the moon, nothing… The earth is home, I have no urge to fly beyond gravities hold on me, to a place where breathing is not possible, and where the earth is a spot in the horizon… Now Ireland, Cananda, or Italy, I am all in! I will just stay here, and gaze with fascination and awe at the sight of the moon, whisper my dreams to the Man in the Moon, and enjoy the magic that the Moon brings to life… PRICELESS.
