In the darkness of the night, I hear,

The music of nature fills my heart, soul, and ear…

The crickets sing, the nightbirds call,

It touches me deeply, the sound of it all…

I close my eyes and drift aimlessly in the noise,

The music of the noise, it is one of life’s greatest joys…

So in the darkness of the night, I hear,

The symphony of nature, it’s true bliss to my ear…
