What foods would you like to make?
If I could make any kind of food excellently it would be Asian inspired food and sushi. I fell in love with, after being a nose-up kind of defiant, with sushi. If I lived near a sushi place, or even a Sam’s Club sushi chef, I would eat it daily. I have always loved Chinese food, the sauces the stir-fried veggies, and the fried rice. While I can mimic some of these, sushi escapes me. I know, try harder. Google it… still not the same. I’m sure they leave out some major or secret ingredients when I try. To me sushi is food art, and while I resisted so long the taste experience, is now what I consider a treat. While I may not ever make a Sushi Chef, I’ll always be a fan…
