How do you express your gratitude?

Gratitude…  gratitude is defined as a feeling of appreciation for what is valuable and meaningful in one’s life, encompassing both tangible and intangible things.

Expressing gratitude is a personal endeavor as I see it. We each express it in a way of our choosing, some quietly and others more openly. I partake in openly expressing my gratitude when I am among people. A kind word, a compliment, a smile, and a wish for a good day, a blessed day, or the offer of prayer when we share testimony.

When I feel gratitude in my personal space and time, I’m more quiet in my approach. I tend to whisper that gratitude to God, to nature, to the universe about me. I will speak to Him like we are friends sitting in a coffee shop, sharing time. I’m grateful for my strength and his grace and mercy. I feel the Acres I live on, as well as the world outside, is a gift. My Acres I tend to with respect and care out of gratitude.

There are days I feel so overwhelmed with gratitude that I can be heard saying, Thank you God, just thank you…

However one expresses it, it comes from your heart I believe…
